We absolutely have to tell you this - we're so excited!

The Darlings will shortly be supplying our Australian Charming Friends with the most divine makeup you can imagine.

Besame cosmetics (www.besamecosmetics.com) makes adorable makeup in retro colours, retro packaging, but lovely lovely modern, safe, friendly ingredients.

Darla and Blossom are ADDICTED to Besame and have been for years. We have both developed something of a reputation among our workmates for our never-gets-smudged, never-comes-off, shade-for-every-outfit 'Red Badge of Courage' lipstick. This is gorgeous stuff that doesn't need lip-liner and doesn't dry out your lips, and about this we are really serious.

On those rare days we don't wear it, our workmates get first worried, second disappointed. Female workmates have been known to cross the office and beg to borrow it as they leave the office for posh do's (this is true). Besame makes shades of lippie that we guarantee will suit you. And the packaging is gorgeous, very publicly show off-able, which all ladies know is really, really important.

However, after this triumph, Besame completely gilds the lily (with an extra coat or two) by also producing the most delicious blushes, powders, eye shadows, pencils ... mmmm.

Mmmmm.

Anyway, we are so excited about our first delivery of Besame (yes, the very first in Australia), that even though Darla had the 'flu, and Blossom was in Brisbane (actually IN a conference session), we had to phone and squeal incoherently at each other for a while. We are really, really madly excited. Please, Charming Friends, watch this space!
